Position Overview:

Technical writers communicate complex information clearly, concisely and accurately, and without relying on jargon. As a technical writer, your role involves tasks such as:

1. Documenting System Behaviors
2. Writing User Guides and F.A.Q
3. Communicating new releases and updates

You'll be highly collaborating with our software teams and business development team. Plus, you'll keep all our documentation organized and up-to-date. If you're great at explaining things, pay attention to details, and like keeping things organized, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Learn about our software from our teams and write both technical documentation and user documentation.
• Keep all our documentation organized and make sure it's up-to-date.
• Make sure your writing is easy to understand and accurate, and ask others to check it.
• Stay up-to-date with what's happening in the travel and technology world so our documentation is always relevant.
• Find ways to make our guides and instructions even easier to understand.
• Help our teams and customers with any questions they have about the documentation.

Qualifications:

• You should enjoy writing and organizing information.
• Previous writing experience is helpful, but not required.
• You should be good at explaining things clearly.
• Knowing a bit about travel software systems and how they work is useful.
• Paying attention to details is important.
• Experience in a fast changing environment is a bonus.

As a Software Tester at Innoveller, the company behind MMBusTicket, you'll be making sure our systems work well. You'll work closely with our developers to find and fix problems, do lots of testing, and help us make better software.

Responsibilities:

• Create test plans and run tests to check if the software works well and is reliable.
• Check that updates to the software don't cause any new problems.
• Find and report any issues with the software, and help fix them.
• Collaborate with different teams to make sure testing meets project needs.
• Always look for ways to make testing better and faster.
• Share test results and any concerns with the team.
• Stay informed about new tools and techniques to test software better.

Experience:

At least 2 years of related experience highly preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
